Scope

1. Reclamation of approximately 3 hectares at Junk Bay;

2. Construction of a dual two-lane highway of approximately 800 m long. Approximately 600 m of the highway is in the form of depressed carriageway, with approximately 200m of which covered by a landscape deck; and

3. All associated building, civil, structural, marine, electrical and mechanical, landscaping and environmental protection and mitigation works.
